Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
The short version: This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The app keeps you signed in using secure on-device storage, which is essential and is not used to track you.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can store data in an app or browser too. They are often used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, or track activity across sites.
This website
getswipedish.com is a simple, static site. It does not set any cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts, analytics, or advertising. Nothing here tracks you, so there is no cookie banner to click through.
The app
SwipeDish is a native mobile app, so it does not use browser cookies. To work, it stores a small amount of data on your device:
- Sign-in token (essential): kept in your device's secure storage (the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) so you stay signed in between visits. It is not used to track you and is removed when you sign out.
- App preferences (essential): small settings the app needs to run smoothly on your device.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking technologies in the app.
Your choices
You can sign out of the app at any time, which clears your sign-in token, and you can clear the app's data through your device settings. For this website, your normal browser settings apply, though since we set no cookies there is nothing here to clear.
Changes
If we ever add cookies or similar technologies that need your consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first. When that happens, we will update the date at the top of this page.
